How do I place an order?

To order, simply navigate to the product you desire on our website. Fill out the customization options, including the baby’s name, font preferences, colours, and any additional choices available. Then, click ‘Add to Cart’ and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Is it possible to customize items with non-English (Roman) alphabets?

Yes, we can accommodate Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, and Punjabi scripts. Please reach out to us at hello@jarum.local  or via WhatApp for further assistance.

What is your turnaround time for orders?

Our standard production time is between 3 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters the production process. Therefore, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. You can find a full list of accepted payment options during the checkout process.

Shipping

How can I track my order's delivery status?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow the link provided in the email to track your order.

How can I place orders for multiple recipients?

Unfortunately, we do not offer support for multi-recipient orders. To send items to different recipients, kindly make separate orders for each recipient.

Do you offer a Self-Pickup option?

Yes, we do! During checkout, kindly choose the self-pickup option. Once item is ready for pickup, we will inform you via email.

Pickup time is between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship within Malaysia (West and East), Singapore, and Brunei. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

What is your return and refund policy?

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within two days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds as per our Refund Policy.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes, our products are designed with safety in mind. We use high-quality materials and ensure that items such as pacifier clips and toys are safe for kids. However, always supervise babies and children when using our products.

Can I request a custom design not listed on your website?

At this time, we offer a range of customisation options for our existing products. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out to us at hello@jarum.local, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is it possible to request photos or videos of my items during or after production?

Please note that we may not photograph or record all items or orders. Those that are available for viewing will be shared on our Instagram page. Be sure to follow us @jarummerah for updates.
